高原环境对药用菊花主要活性成分含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:检测高原环境对不同药用菊花品种绿原酸、木犀草苷、槲皮素、总黄酮等主要活性成分的含量影响.方法:采用高效液相色谱法与紫外分光光度法检测对不同生长环境下采收的药用菊花的主要活性成分进行检测.结果:高原环境下种植的药用菊花主要活性成分绿原酸、木犀草苷、槲皮素、总黄酮的含量均显著高于普通药用菊花(P<0.05),并且不同药用菊花品种主要活性成分含量不尽相同.结论:高原环境能显著提高药用菊花主要活性成分的含量. Objective:The effects of plateau environment on the content of chlorogenic acid,luteolin,quercetin and total flavonoids in different medicinal chrysanthemum varieties were detected.HPLC was used to determine the contents of chlorogenicacid,luteoloside,quercetin and total flavonoids in tea chrysanthemum flower extract under after the introduction.Methods:High performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometry were used to detect the main active constituents of medicinal chrysanthemums harvested under different growth environments.Results:The contents of chlorogenic acid,luteolin,quercetin and total flavonoids in the medicinal chrysanthemum planted under the plateau environment were significantly higher than those of common medicinal chrysanthemum(P<0.05),and different medicinal chrysanthemum varieties were mainly The active ingredients are not the same.Conclusion:The high altitude environment can significantly increase the content of the main active constituents of medicinal chrysanthemum.
