摘要
目的对社区实习的教学过程、社区师资和教学管理等方面进行调查,了解临床专业社区实习的满意度,为提高社区实践效果提供参考.方法采用整群抽样的方法,抽取昆明医科大学2010级临床本科生运用自编的结构式问卷进行调查,所得资料采用Epidata录入,用SPSS进行分析.结果被调查学生对社区实践的教学目标满意度最高(77.3%),实习内容满意度为73.3%,师资带教态度满意度为76.3%,能力培训和师资全科医学知识满意度偏低,分别是61.3%和68.0%,对整个社区实习教学管理的满意度在70%以上.结论注重实践教学过程及学生等各环节管理,加强师资培养及与社区的沟通与交流,营造良好的实践环境是提升社区实践教学质量的根本保障.
Objective Investigate the satisfaction of teaching method, teachers' quality and teaching management of community practice for clinical medical students. Provide the reference to improve the effects of community practice education. Methods Cluster sampling method was used. A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted among clinical medicine students in grade 2010. All of the data were recorded in Epidata 3.1 and analyzed with SPSSI3.0. Results The satisfaction of teaching goal and practice contents was 77.3% and 73.3%, respectively. The satisfaction of ability training and knowledge of teachers was 61.3% and 68.0%, respectively. The satisfaction of entire community practice was above 70%. Conclusion Emphasizing management of practical teaching process and students, strengthening the teacher training and community communication, and creating a good environment for the practice were the fundamental guarantee for improving the community practice quality.
