摘要
通过对本院临床医学生为期2周的社区实习情况的调查,了解医学生对社区卫生服务的认识和建议。针对当前我国社区卫生服务存在卫生资源不足、服务人才缺乏等问题,结合临床医学生社区实习的情况,提出医学院校应加大社区卫生服务相关知识的教育力度,提高医学生社区保健意识和技能,鼓励医学毕业生步入社区卫生服务工作的行列,促进我国社区卫生服务工作开展。
The Clinical medical students for a period of 2 weeks of training community survey showed the students＇ awareness ofcommunity health service and recommendations. China＇ s current community health service there is lack of health resources, a lack of personnel services and so on, combined with the students＇ practical situation, Medical institutions should be made to increase community knowledge of health services and education, improve the community health awareness and skills, encourage medical graduates into the community health service in the ranks, and promote developing of community health service work.
