摘要
马克思主义和新马克思主义的劳动过程理论、近年来的市场经济多样化理论表明:劳动过程(或生产的组织过程)是劳资关系的主要场域。通过一定的劳动制度安排使劳动者成为劳动过程的生产主体、管理的参与主体、产品和技术的创新主体、积极投资和提升自身技能的自主学习主体是劳资关系的主要内容,也是企业组织和技术创新、超额利润的重要源泉。工会应回归劳动过程的政策思路,把劳动过程中劳动者的主体性建设作为工作的重点。工会若采取分配主义的政策思路,易于引起劳资冲突。
The labor process theory of Marxism and Neo- Marxism and,the diversification theory of market- oriented economy in recent years show that,labor process is the major field of labor relations. Through certain labor institutional arrangement,to make laborers become the subject of labor and production process,the participation subject of management,the innovation subject of technology and the autonomous learning subject to invest and improve their own technique,it is not only the major content of labor relations,but also the important resources of organizational and technical innovation and excess profit. Trade union should return to labor process and take the subjectivity construction of laborer as priority. If trade unions adapt the policy thought of distribution doctrine,labor conflicts will be caused easily.
