摘要
针对某火电厂超临界机组检修过程中发现的P91钢管硬度偏低的问题进行了化学成分分析、力学性能及硬度检测、金相检测等试验,结合现场检测中多例P91管硬度偏低的情况,总结发现表面脱碳造成P91钢管硬度检测值偏低的现象普遍存在。针对此现象提出了对检测中硬度偏低的P91钢管进行综合检验的建议,以避免误判。
Make an analysis of the causes for lower was found in a thermal power plant. Through the hardness in P91 steel pipes, which analysis of chemical components, mechanical property, hardness tesl and metallographic examination, combining some similar cases with the lower hardenss P91 steel pipes, the author summerized that the surface decarburization of the pipes existed widely. Therefore the author put torward that the comprehensive examination should be carried out to the steel pipes with lower hardness to prevent the misjudgment.
