摘要
在对某电站锅炉主蒸汽管道进行金相检测抽查过程中发现存在魏氏体组织,作者根据设备情况、魏氏体组织的状态等信息,总结形成魏氏组织的主要影响因素,分析讨论该主蒸汽管道魏氏组织形成的原因,最后,从使用、制造和检验等方面提出建议。
In the process of metallographic inspection and random inspection of the main steam pipeline of a power station boiler,it was found that there is Widmanrite structure.According to the information of equipment conditions and the state of Widmanrite structure,the author summarizes the main influencing factors for the formation of Widmanrite structure,and analyzes and discusses it.The reasons for the formation of the Widmantis microstructure in the main steam pipeline are discussed,and finally,some suggestions are put forward in terms of use,manufacture and inspection.
