3Cr2W8V模具导柱漏液失效分析

摘要 针对压铸锌合金生产中多频次出现导柱漏液问题进行失效解剖分析,采用化学分析法、金相分析法对导柱材质、显微组织及微观缺陷形貌进行甄别。结果表明:导柱材质存在疏松、缩孔、未轧制焊合、轧制不均、夹杂物、偏析、线状缺陷问题,其中组织中线状缺陷、夹杂物周围疏松、缩孔是导致导柱失效漏液的主要原因。 According to the problem of mould guiderod weeping frequently during the manufacture of 3Cr2W8 V,the material quality,microstructure and microdefect of mould guiderod were analyzed by chemical and metallographic methods. The results show that the material has quality problems including porosity,shrinkage,unrolled welding,non-uniform rolling,inclusion,segregation and line defect,in which,the line defect,porosity and shrinkage around inclusions are the main reasons leading to mould guiderod weeping.
