摘要
通过对重力条件下生产的薄壁复杂铝合金产品的缺陷分析,提出了在差压条件下对铸造工艺进行改进的措施。结果表明:采用差压工艺,该铸件的充型能力大幅增强;力学性能明显提高;针孔、疏松组织及氧化夹渣对铸件的不利影响减轻,铸件的致密性大幅提高。
By analyzing the defect of thin wall complex aluminum alloy castings in gravity csating,the improved measure of casting process in counter-pressure was proposed.The results indicate that the mold-filling capacity and mechanical properties of the castings obviously improves and the bad effects of pinhole,shrinkage microstructure and oxidizing slag in castings decrease by adopting counter-press process;the compactness of the castings greatly increase.
