摘要
随着矿产资源的不断开采,入选矿石品位下降,为了提高矿物的回收率,中矿再磨是行之有效的方法。在对某硫化铜矿石浮选工艺流程考察的基础上,提出半优先浮选与中矿再磨新工艺,在铜精矿品位不低于原工艺的前提下,探索了磨矿细度、石灰用量、捕收剂用量的影响。对新工艺铜精矿物相分析表明,独立精选段优先浮出了大量易浮铜,体现了"早收快收"的原则,中矿再磨能有效地降低粗粒级的产率,解离出中矿粗颗粒中的有用矿物,使中矿不断地选择性磨矿、浮选,有利于提高铜矿物的回收率。闭路试验结果表明,铜精矿回收率从87.22%提高至92.15%。新工艺具有选矿效率高,操作稳定等特点,为类似硫化铜矿选矿厂工艺改进提供了借鉴。
With the continued excavation of non-ferrous mining resources,the grade of run-of-mine ore declines,in order to increase the recovery of non-ferrous copper,middling regrinding is one of an effective methods.By investigating the original process,the paper presented the new flowsheet of " step-by-step flotation and two grindings ",under the premise of concentrate grade was not less than original process,It were researched that the influence on new flowsheet about the grinding fineness,lime dosage and collector dosage. It was showed that independent cleaning floated a large number of copper easily by analyzing the phase of concentration and embodied the " early-fast accept" important flotation purpose. Middling regrinding stage could effectively reduce the coarse grain yield,liberated useful minerals in the coarse particles,maked the middlings selectively grinded and floated,also maked for improving the recovery rate of copper. Closed-circuit test results showed that the copper concentration recovery rate from 87. 22% to 92. 15%. New flowsheet was characterized by a high separation efficiency,stable operation,etc,it provided the references for the similar copper mill plant.
