Precision Verification and Application Research on Rod Diameter Semi-empirical Formula

摘要 对昆明理工大学推导的棒磨机棒径半经验公式进行精确化验证,并在云南海口磷矿选矿厂进一步验证及生产应用。结果表明:用此棒径半经验公式计算出的棒径结果合理、可靠;通过选用合适棒径的磨棒,磨矿产品-200目提高1.07个百分点,吨矿电耗下降11.89%,磨矿介质单耗下降29.88%,精矿回收率提高2.35个百分点。 The rod diameter semi-empirical formula of rod mill which was deduced by Kunming University of Science and Technology was preciously verified.And the further verification and production application of the formula were carried out at the concentrator of Haikou phosphate rock in Yunnan Province.The results showed that the rod diameter calculated by this formula was reasonable and reliable.Through selecting rod with suitable diameter,the achievements were obtained as follows.The grinding products(-200 mesh)increased by 1.07 percent,the electricity consumption of 1ton ore decreased by 11.89%,the grinding media consumption decreased by 29.88%,and the concentrate recovery increased by 2.35 percent.
