摘要 针对图拉尔根铜镍矿软弱破碎岩石条件下的采场底部结构,对支护方式与效果进行了试验与研究。基于现代支护结构原理,根据矿围岩条件和现场实际工况提出了复合支护技术方案。根据巷道的功能和受到深孔爆破振动破坏程度的大小,针对性地选用支护方式。通过复合支护技术最大限度地提高围岩的自身承载能力,使支护系统与围岩共同维护出矿底部结构的稳定。该支护技术使巷道稳固性大大提高的同时降低了支护成本,为矿山实现安全高效开采提供了有力的保障,为同类型矿山回采过程中底部结构的形成和支护形式提供技术参考。 The supporting method and effect of stope bottom structure is experimented and studied under the condition of soft and broken rocks in Tulargen Cu-Ni Mine. Based on the principle of modern supporting structure, the composite supporting technology scheme is put forward according to the ore-rock and practical conditions. Depend on the functions of roadway and its damage degree affected by the deep hole blasting, the targeted support- ing method is selected. Through composite supporting technology to maximize self-bearing capability of surrounding rock, which can keep the stability of bottom structure under the action of supporting system and surrounding rocks. This kind of supporting technology can greatly increase the stability of roadway and reduced the supporting cost, which provided a strong guarantee for the miners safe and high efficient mining and given some technical references for the formation and supporting method of trench bottom structure in similar mines.
