深井高应力缓倾斜铜矿床回采方案优化

摘要 冬瓜山矿床具有埋藏深、倾角缓、原岩应力高等不利的开采技术条件,原初步设计推荐的回采方案存在生产组织困难、采场结构参数小、通风困难、产量波动大、采切工程量大等不足。借助最优化排产理论和数值模拟技术,优化了回采方案,创新提出了暂留隔离矿柱的大盘区大采场的深井高应力缓倾斜矿床采矿工艺技术,并应用于冬瓜山矿床首采地段,结果表明,效果良好。 According to the bad mining technological conditions such as deep imbed, high stressed, gently inclined in Dongguashan Copper Mine, the previous design had many shortages such as no smooth produce planning, too small stope parameters, difficult ventilation, undulating output, too many tunnels and shafts. In this paper, the author optimized the design by optimization planning theory and numerical simulation, and put forward a new mining technology with temporary preservation of partition pillar, big area and stope parameters. The new method has used in the first mining area of Dongguashan deposit, and the results indicated that the newer is better and gained more benefit.
