摘要
目的探讨临床护士在工作时间抑制排尿行为现状及其影响因素,为保障护士身心健康提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样法,选取福州市三级甲等医院临床注册护士100人作为研究对象,采用自行设计问卷以及中文版女性排尿行为量表进行调查,并研究抑制排尿行为与影响因素之间的关系。结果临床护士抑制排尿行为的发生率为81%,工龄、职称、文化程度和不同科室的发生率进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,抑制排尿行为的发生与工作强度、人员接替及卫生条件有关(P<0.01)。结论护士抑制排尿行为发生率高,与工作强度、人员接替及卫生条件等因素有关,应积极采取措施保障护士身心健康。
Objective To investigate the clinical status of nurses working time urination avoiding behavior and its influencing factors,to provide a scientific basis for the physical and mental health nurses. Methods A random sampling method was used to select 100 clinical registered nurses in tertiary level hospitals in Fuzhou,using self- designed questionnaire and Chinese version of female toileting Behavior Scale( Women' s Toileting Behavior Scale,WTBS) to investigate and research urinary relationship between urinary avioding behavior and influencing factors. Results The incidence of clinical nurses with a full bladder is 81%,different working ages,title,level of education and sections are compared,and the difference is statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the occurrence and intensity of work a full bladder behavior is related with people turn over rate and health conditions( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Nurses high urination avoiding behavior had relationship with working intensity,personnel replacement and health conditions,and active measures should be taken to protect nurses' physical and mental health.
