Application of immunoinformatics methods in synthetic peptide vaccine development

摘要 免疫信息学是运用免疫学数据进行生物信息学分析和建模的一个新的领域,合成肽疫苗是现今最有优势的疫苗候选者。免疫信息学方法在合成肽疫苗开发和研究过程中提供免疫细胞表位的识别和预测方法,并结合分子结合能和分子动力学来提高合成肽疫苗的免疫原性。本文主要就免疫信息学表位识别和预测方法作一介绍。 Immunoirfformatics is a new field of using bioinformatics analysis and modeling to deal with immunological data. Synthetic peptide vaccine is nowadays the most advantage of vaccine candidates, in the synthetic peptide vaccine research and development process, immunoinformatics provide immunological cell epitope identification and prediction method, and combine molecular dynamics and binding energy to improve immunogenicity of synthetic peptide vaccine. In this paper, we focus on the methods of immunoinformatics epitope recognition and prediction.
