摘要
随着亚单位疫苗、合成肽疫苗等新型疫苗的出现,免疫佐剂的研究也逐渐得到人们关注,铝佐剂作为唯一被应用于人用疫苗的佐剂,其作用机制尚未完全明确。随着研究的深入,早期的部分理论也面临诸多质疑。本文结合近年来对铝佐剂自身性质、作用机制等研究数据进行论述,以求促进对铝佐剂作用机制的深入了解和应用。
With the development of subunit vaccines, synthetic peptide vaccines and other noval vaccines, the varied adjuvants, including aluminum-based adjuvant, are required to modulate po- tent and desired immune response. However, mechanism of action for aluminum-based adjuvants, which can exclusively used in human world wide, is still not fully understood. This review mainly focuses on the relationship between characterisation of aluminum-based adjuvant and mechanism based on the recent data, in an attempt to facilitate the understanding and utilization of alumi- num-based adjuvant in the generation of noval vaccines.
