正弦逼近法振动标准套组幅值和相位校准的测量不确定度评定

Uncertainty evaluation of sensitivity calibration of amplitude and phase of vibration standard set by sine-approximation method

摘要 根据ISO 16063-11—1999的激光干涉法振动绝对校准,采用改进的Mach-Zehnder正弦逼近法振动标准装置对振动标准套组进行校准。在参考条件下和通频带范围内,对振动标准套组灵敏度幅值和相位校准的测量不确定度进行评定,引入相位测量对发电机组轴系的状态监测和诊断非常有效。实际应用表明,该评定方法对振动量值检定和校准结果的测量不确定度评定具有指导作用。 According to absolute vibration calibration of laser interferometry in ISO 16063-11--1999, the standard accelerometer with amplifier was calibrated by the modified Mach-Zehnder Sine-approximation method based vibration standard device. Under the reference condition and within the complete frequency range,the measurement uncertainty of standard accelerometer with amplifier of amplitude and phase sensitivity calibration was evaluated. The introduction of phase measurement of turbine shafting status monitoring and diagnosis is very effective. The application results show the this evaluation method has great guidance effect on vibration quantity verification and calibration of measurement uncertainty evaluation.
