摘要
通过对国产600 MW发电机异常振动过程的现场分析,发现转子裂纹发展过程中的转子振动变化特征,尤其是在二倍频情况下振动相位变化则是反映非对称转子结构状态,判断转子裂纹状况的一个重要依据。
Characteristics of the vibrational behavior of a rotor, changing with a developing crack, have been revealed by on-site observation of the process of abnormal vibrational behavior of a domestic manufactured 600 MW generator. It is specially noteworthy that the phase-changes of vibration near twice the net frequency reflect the unsymmetrical constitution of the cracked rotor, which may serve as an important indication of the state of cracking.
