摘要
本文主要从三个方面阐述高校生物实验室文化建设。首先,介绍实验室文化建设的含义,包括:实验室环境文化、实验室制度文化和实验室精神文化;其次,论述高校高校生物实验室文化建设的途径,通过加强高校生物实验室物质文化建设、完善高校生物实验室规章制度建设、引进先进人才、改革教学实验模式,促进高校生物实验室文化建设;最后,提出高校生物实验室文化建设过程中需注意的问题。
There are three aspects to elaborate on the cultural construction of biological laboratory in colleges and universities in this work. First of all, the paper introduces the meaning of laboratory culture construction through laboratory environment culture, laboratory system culture and laboratory spirit culture; Secondly, this paper discusses the ways of the cultural construction of biological laboratories in colleges and universities from four aspects, for exam- ple, the strength of the construction of material culture, the perfection of the rules and regulations, the introduction of advanced talents and reforming teaching experiment mode; At last, the paper puts forward some problems needing at- tention in the process of the cultural construction of biological laboratories in colleges and universities.
