摘要
目的：建立保健酒中粗多糖含量的测定方法。方法：采用醇提醇沉水溶法从保健酒中提取粗多糖，经苯酚-硫酸显色后用分光光度法测定其含量。结果：方法线性范围为粗多糖含量0-0．15mg／mL，回归方程为Y=0．0034X＋0．0021，线性系数0．9995，加标回收率为96．2％-100．9％。结论：此方法操作简便，回收率高，可用于测定保健酒中粗多糖的含量。
Objective：To establish a method for determination of polysaccharides in health wine.Methods：The polysaccharides in health wine which was extracted by ethanol and dissolved by hot-water, wasin ultraviolet spectrophotometry determination with phenol-sulfuric acid as chromogenicagent.Results：The linear range of the method was 0-0.15mg/mL,The linear regression equation and correlation coefficient was y=0.0034x＋0.0021 and 0.9995, the recoveries were 96.2%-100.9%. Conclution：This method is suitable for detecting polysaccharides in health wine with the advantages of high recovery rate and easy operation.
