摘要
目的分析社区糖尿病患者对疾病知识健康教育的需求及干预效果。方法随机收集该社区医院收治糖尿病患者165例,根据患者的年龄、受教育程度进行分析。结果 <60岁患者对各项糖尿病健康教育内容的需求率均显著高于≥60岁者;高中或以上患者对各项糖尿病健康教育内容的需求率均显著高于初中或以下者;<60岁患者对各种糖尿病健康教育方式的需求率均显著高于≥60岁者;高中或以上患者对各种糖尿病健康教育方式的需求率均显著高于初中或以下者,差异有统计学意义;糖尿病患者干预后对各项健康教育内容掌握度均显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据不同年龄、受教育程度患者对糖尿病相关知识及干预方式的需求,以便采取有效针对性的健康教育方式及内容,提高患者对糖尿病知识的掌握程度,有利于改善患者预后情况。
Objective To analysis the effect of intervention on disease knowledge and demand of health education for diabetic patients in community. Methods Randomly collected 165 cases of diabetic patients in the community hospital, were analyzed according to the patient＇s age, level of education. Results the contents of the on diabetes health education needs in patients 60 years of age were significantly higher than the rate of more than 60 years old; the contents of the diabetes health education demand of senior high school or above in patients were significantly higher than those of the junior middle school or below the rate; for all kinds of diabetes health education mode needs 60 years old patients were significantly higher than in more than 60 years old; for a variety of diabetes health education mode needs high school or above in patients were significantly higher than those of the junior middle school or below the rate, there is statistical significance; intervention in diabetic patients after the grasp of contents of various health education degree were significantly higher than those before intervention, there were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion According to different age, level of education for patients with diabetes related knowledge and intervention needs, in order to take effective health education method and content according to the degree of diabetic patients to master, increase knowledge, improve prognosis of patients condition.
