摘要
目的了解糖尿病(DiabetesMellitus,DM)患者自我护理知识的需求情况。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查了119名病史在三年以上的糖尿病住院患者。结果9.2%的患者满意自我护理情况;84.1%的患者需要帮助;60%以上的个体希望获得DM基本知识、饮食、药物及运动指导,其中以DM基本知识的需求居于首位;多数患者存在因疾病而产生的不同程度的压力。结论护理人员对DM患者的健康教育应重点放在疾病知识、饮食指导、药物应用等方面,强调因人而异,同时要重视家庭教育。
Objective To investigate the condition of demands of diabetes mellitus (DM) patients for knowledge of nursing themselves. Method Using self-made questionnaire, we investigated 119 DM patients who suffered DM for more than 3 years. Results Nine point two percent of them are satisfied with their own nursing state. Eighty four point one percent of them need help. More than 60% of them hope to get the basic knowledge for DM on diet, drug and exercise guiding. Among them, the demand for the basic knowledge of DM is on the first state. Most of the patients have different degree of stress owing to the disease. Conclusion Health education for DM patients must focus on the knowledge of disease, guidance to diet and drug, and others. Health education also should be adapted according to different patients and pay more attention to family education at the same time.
