摘要
目的了解俱乐部形式的健康教育在糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法在对112例老年糖尿病患者的健康教育中采取俱乐部形式的健康教育,并比较健康教育前后糖尿病患者知识掌握情况和血生化指标情况。结果健康教育前后患者糖尿病知识掌握情况和血生化指标比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论俱乐部形式的健康教育可提高患者对疾病知识与技能的掌握。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the club-based health education on using diabetes of elderly patients. Methods 112 elderly patients with diabetes were invited for club-based health education. Their understanding about diabetic knowledge and the biochemical indicators before and after health education were compared between pre- and posteducation. Result There were significant differences between pre-and post-education in respect of understanding about diabetic knowledge and the biochemical indicators (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The club-based health education for diabetic patients can improve their understanding of diabetic knowledge.
