摘要
坡地高层建筑,对不单独设置支挡结构的非全埋式地下室结构,四周土体约束不均衡,与常规的全埋式地下室受力上差异较大,结构设计上会产生结构刚心偏置、结构嵌固端位置确定、基础埋置深度计算、用于确定房屋抗震等级的房屋高度计算起点位置、当地下室上部有多栋高层时是否属于多塔等问题,本文通过力学及抗震概念分析,提出了解决问题的设计建议及设计应采取的措施,可供设计参考。
When the high- rise buildings on slope with non whole- buried basement have no separate set type of retaining wall structure,the basement surface constraints are unbalanced,so it will produce some problems such as the excursion of the stiffness centre of the structure,the determination of the constrained part of the structure,the depth of the foundation,the starting location for the calculation of the height used to determine the seismic level of the structure and the judgment of the problem that it is belongs to multi- tower structure when there are many high- rise buildings on the basement,that is quite different from the conventional structures with whole- buried basement. Based on the analysis of the mechanics and seismic concepts,this paper puts forward the design proposal to solve the problems and the measures that should be taken in the design,this paper can provide a reference for the design.
