摘要
随着2021年10月20日,中共中央、国务院印发的《成渝地区双城经济圈建设规划纲要》发布,成渝地区将在国家发展大局中具有独特而重要的战略地位。而盛行于川渝、湘鄂黔一带的吊脚、掉层形式的山地建筑必将随着西部地区新型城镇化建设的推进,以更多的结构形式展现在人们面前,在中国建筑行业占有越来越重要地位。山地建筑具有的“先天性”不规则对结构的竖向刚度以及抗震受剪承载力有明显影响。但是,我国目前山地建筑结构的震害资料调查和文献相对常规结构较少,可供设计参考的指导性理论或规程也相对缺乏,给设计工作造成不小的难度。本论文从剪力墙的设置对于吊脚式山地建筑的抗震影响方面进行受力分析,希冀能对吊脚式山地建筑的抗震设计提供一定的借鉴意义。
In October20,2021,the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council issued a master plan for the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle in southwest China,showing the unique and important strategic position of Chengdu and Chongqing in China’s development.Frequently seen in Sichuan,Chongqing,Hunan and Guizhou,stilted mountainous buildings will definitely present more structural forms with the advancement of new urbanization in western regions,and occupy an increasingly important position in Chinese construction industry.The“congenital irregularity”of mountainous buildings has a significant impact on the vertical stiffness and the seismic shear capacity.But currently,there are relatively less earthquake damage data surveys and literature on the regular structures of mountainous buildings.Besides,the guiding theories and procedures for design reference are relatively scarce,which brings difficulties to design works.In this paper,the force analysis was carried out on seismic effects of the shear wall setting on stilted mountainous buildings,in hope of providing some reference for the seismic design of stilted mountainous buildings.
