摘要
通过静液挤压塑性成形技术得到的镁合金管材,比常规加工方法得到的镁合金管材具有更好的微观组织和力学性能。分析了现阶段镁合金管材静液挤压技术存在的某些问题。在自行研制的静液挤压装置上进行了大量试验,探讨了在镁合金管材静液挤压技术应用研究中影响管材成形的一些关键问题,可为静液挤压技术进一步研究和工业化应用提供参考。
Magnesium alloy tubes obtained by hydrostatic extrusion plastic forming technology have better microstructure and mechanical properties, compared with those gotten from conventional processing method. Some problems of magnesium alloy tubes hydrostatic extrusion technology at the present stage were analyzed. A large number of experiments were conducted on self-developed hydrostatic extrusion device. And several key problems affecting the tubes forming were discussed in magnesium alloy tubes hydrostatic extrusion technology applied research. This can provide the reference for the further research and industrial application of hydrostatic extrusion technology.
