摘要
采用不同的冷却方式制备了汽车用Mg-8.5Al-1Zn-0.3Ti镁合金铸造试样,并进行了显微组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与对比分析。结果表明:与空冷时的组织性能相比,水冷时合金内部显微组织变细、更均匀,室温抗拉强度增大19 MPa,屈服强度增大21 MPa,断后伸长率增大1.4%,腐蚀电位正移51mV,合金的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能均得到提高。
Mg-8.5Al-1Zn-0.3Ti magnesium alloy cast samples were prepared by different cooling methods, and the microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were tested and compared. The results show that compared with the microstructure and properties of the alloy under air cooling, the microstructure becomes thinner and more uniform,the tensile strength increases 19 MPa at room temperature, the yield strength increases 21 MPa, the elongation after break increases 1.4%, and the corrosion potential is positively shifted 51 mV. The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloy are improved.
