摘要
本文从浅析大学新生适应性障碍的表现和成因出发,认识到大学新生适应性教育的重要性和紧迫性。但传统的心理辅导模式并不适合大学新生的阶段性心理特征,在充分了解发展性心理辅导的理念与特征后,考虑到大学新生所面临的心理障碍的暂时性和普遍性等特点,将发展性辅导与适应性教育相结合,探索了高校新生心理辅导教育工作的新模式。
This paper analyses the adaptation obstacles of college freshmen, and realizes the importance of college freshmen adaptive education. Since traditional psychological counseling model is not suitable for college freshmen＇s psychological characteristics, in the full understanding of the concept and characteristics of developing psychological counseling, meanwhile, after considering the various characteristics of the freshman＇s psychological barriers, this paper combines developing psychological counseling and adaptive education to explore the new mode of freshmen＇s psychological counseling.
