基于虚拟仪器的锅炉运行参数监测系统设计

摘要 针对传统锅炉运行参数监测系统监测点分散、节点数据共享及一体化管理难度大等问题,构建了基于虚拟仪器的锅炉运行参数监测系统,该系统以MSP430F149单片机为控制器的测量节点,构建了CAN总线网络,配置了CAN-以太网转换器将总线数据传输至局域网,采用了基于Lab View的上位机监控软件优化人机界面,实现了对锅炉运行系统的多参数、一体化实时监控和故障预警。 In the light of some problems existing in traditional boilers' operating parameters monitoring system such as the decentralization of monitoring points, and the difficulties in node data sharing and integrated management,etc., this paper constructs a boiler's operation parameters monitoring system based on virtual instrument that takes single chip microcomputer MSP430F149 as controller's measurement node, constructs the CAN bus network, configures a CAN-Ethernet converter to transmit the bus data into local area network(LAN), adopts a upper-computer monitoring software based on Lab View to optimize human-machine interface, and realizes a multi-parameter and integrated real-time monitoring and fault early warning for boiler's operating system.
