摘要 在某电厂超临界350 MW机组直流锅炉上进行深度调峰能力试验,为满足锅炉运行安全经济、环保排放合格等约束条件,经过对磨煤机投运方式、运行氧体积分数、配风方式等运行可控因素的调整优化,在锅炉未进行任何灵活性改造的情况下,机组最低电负荷由50%降至40.3%额定负荷,深度调峰能力大幅度提高。锅炉在最低负荷下,投运B、D和E磨煤机,磨煤机出力平均分配,氧体积分数为5.0%,风煤比为2.4,燃烧器摆角为70%,分离器转数为35 Hz的运行方式下,选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝系统入口烟温可达到295℃左右,脱硝系统运行正常,环保排放参数合格,锅炉运行稳定,且经济安全。 The experiment of depth peak-load regulation capacitity was carried out on once-through boiler of a supercritical 350 MW unit.In order to meet the constraints of boiler operation safety,economic,and environmental protection discharge,adjustment and optimization of the operational controllable factors were performed,such as the operation mode of coal mill,operating oxygen volume fraction,and air distribution mode.The minimum electric load of the unit was decreased to 40.3%from 50%at the rated load without any flexibility reformation of the boiler.The depth peak-load regulation capacity was improved sharply.At the lowest load,when the B,D and E coal mill were put into operation,in the operating mode that the coal mill output is distributed evenly,the oxygen volume fraction is 5.0%,the air-coal ratio is 2.4,the burner swing angle is 70%,and the splitter revolution is 35 Hz,the inlet flue gas temperature of SCR denitration system can reach about 295℃,the denitration system operates normally,the environmental emission parameters are qualified,and the boiler runs stably,economically and safely.
