摘要
渝阳煤矿M8煤属煤与瓦斯强突出煤层,顶板为硬岩,底板为软岩,在综掘过程中,片帮现象十分突出,且片帮量大。为了解决这一问题,对强突出中厚煤层片帮机理进行了探讨,把片帮分为四个区,前一个区对后一个区影响较大。同时提出了系统的治理方法,即从支护理念、支护方式、巷道临时支护及根据煤层软硬程度的变化提出了不同的作业方式等方面进行了系统的研究。结果表明:采用系统的研究方法对解决强突出中厚煤层的片帮有显著作用。
The M8 coal seam of Yuyang Coal Mine is strong outburst. The roof and floor of M8 are hard and soft rock respectively. Accordingly, the amount of rib spalling is large, so it is in a serious condition. To solve the problem, this paper studies the mechanism of rib spalling. The rib area can be divided into four zones, the former zone has a significant influence on the latter ones. Basing on the partition, the treatment approach is put forward. The supporting theory and method of such treatment is basing on the variation of the hardness of coal seam, to formulate the working plan. The result shows that the systematical research method can effectively solve the rib spalling of the medium thick coal seam with strong outburst charactertics.
