摘要
目的探讨肿胀技术在乳腺癌改良根治术中的应用价值。方法将150例接受乳腺癌改良根治术的患者分为传统组73例和改良组77例,传统组采用常规电刀方式行乳腺切除及腋窝淋巴结清扫,改良组应用肿胀技术和双极电凝完成手术,比较两组的手术指标、术后恢复情况和并发症的发生率。结果手术均顺利完成,改良组的手术指标和术后恢复情况优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且改良组术后各项并发症发生率均少于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌改良根治术中应用肿胀技术配合双击电凝效果良好,适合在乳腺外科推广。
Objective To explore the application value of tumescent technique in modified radical mastectomy. Methods One hundred and fifty patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy were divided into traditional group（ 73 patients） and improved group（ 77patients）; the patients in traditional group were treated with mastectomy and axillary lymph node dissection by routine electrotome,the patients in improved group were treated with modified radical mastectomy by tumescent technique and bipolar coagulation; the operation indicators,postoperative recovery,and incidence rates of complication in the two groups were compared. Results All the operations were completed smoothly. The operation indicators and postoperative recovery in improved group were statistically significantly better than those in traditional group（ P〈0. 05）,the incidence rates of postoperative complications in improved group were statistically significantly less than those in traditional group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of tumescent technique combined with bipolar coagulation is good in modified radical mastectomy,which is suitable for promotion in department of breast surgery.
