摘要
目的观察830 nm激光联合常规创面护理治疗糖尿病皮肤慢性溃疡的临床效果。方法糖尿病皮肤慢性溃疡患者68例,分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组患者38例,在常规创面护理的基础上,采用830 nm激光照射,照射时间25 min,能量密度450～512 J/cm^2。对照组患者30例,采用常规创面护理。比较两组患者的创面愈合时间和临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈率和有效率均高于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗组治愈平均时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 830 nm半导体激光联合常规创面护理治疗糖尿病慢性溃疡的疗效好、平均治疗时间短,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of 830 nm laser treatment on chronic diabetic skin ulcer and the result in promoting wound healing.Methods Totally 68 diabetic patients with chronic skin ulcers treated in our department were divided into the treatment group and control group by the time when the 830 nm semiconductor laser machine was purchased. The patients in the treatment group were given 25 minutes 830 nm laser irradiation（450-512 J / cm^2） besides routine wound treatment,and the wound healing time and treatment effect was observed. The patients in the control group received only conventional wound nursing care.Results The cure rate and effective rate of the treatment group were higher（ P〈0. 05） than those of the control group,and the cure time of the treatment group was dramatically shorter（ P〈0. 05） than that of the control group.Conclusions Compared with conventional methods,830 nm semiconductor laser features better curative effect and shorter average treatment time in treating chronic diabetic ulcer.
