摘要
建筑工程其整个系统具备复杂性与多变性,在建筑工程施工过程中存在着一系列问题,严重影响着建筑工程整体效益的实现。加强建筑工程成本控制,实施建筑工程造价管理,将造价管理行为渗入到建筑工程的整个生命周期之中,切实有效推进造价管理机制,是实现建筑工程成本控制,确保建筑工程质量、经济效益及社会效益实现的重要举措。以工程造价内涵为导入,探究当前成本控制与造价管理中存在的现实性问题,提出其发展路径。
The whole system of construction project has complexity and variability. There are a series of problems in the process of construction project, they seriously affect the realization of the overall benefit of construction project. Strengthening construction project cost control, implementing construction project cost management, seeping cost management behavior into the entire life cycle of construction project, effectively promoting cost management mechanism are the important measures to realize the construction project cost control and ensure the construction quality, economic benefit and social benefit. Based on the connotation of the construction cost, the present existing practical problems in the cost control and cost management are explored, its development path is put forward.
