摘要
对房地产项目的决策阶段、设计阶段、招标及实施阶段和竣工验收阶段的造价控制展开分析,并提出各阶段的造价控制的要点和控制方法,以提高房地产开发项目的经济效益。
This paper analyzed the cost control of real estate project in decision-making phase, design phase, bidding phase, implementation plase and acceptance stage, and put forward the cost control key points and control method of each stage, in order to improve the economic bene- fits of real estate development project.
