摘要
本文结合多个实际工程项目开展了专项成本管理的研究,其中包括:地下车库成本管控、建筑及结构成本管控、设备用量成本管控。依据以上研究成果制定了高层居住建筑限额设计方法,并以中建幸福里项目为示范项目,进行了实际工程的测评。
This paper is combined with many projects carried out special cost management research, including： underground garage cost control, construction and structure of cost control, the amount of equipment cost control. Based on the above research results developed high-rise residential building quota design method, and built in the happiness project for the demonstration project, carried out in actual engineering evaluation.
