摘要
在旋转电机的制造、运行、检修过程中,不可避免地存在外力作用,引发定子铁心片间绝缘损坏以及铁心冲片局部短路,从而导致铁心局部过热,严重危害发电机正常运行。本文分析了铁心片间绝缘故障检测的几种检测方法,对所述方法的检测原理、现场布置、注意事项进行介绍,并在检修过程中对检测方法进行对比试验,验证上述方法的适用性和有效性,为铁心片间绝缘故障检测方法的选用提供有益的参考。
In the manufacture, operation, and maintenance process of generators stator, unforeseen mechanical forces cause insulation damage and short-circuit of stator core lamination, resulting in overheating, which seriously do harm to the normal operation of generator. This paper analyzed several fault detection methods of lamination insulation. Firstly, the detection principle, on-site layout, and matters needing attention of the detection methods were introduced. Then the applicability and effectiveness of the detection methods was compared. Finally, provided the selection principle of the above mentioned detection methods based on on- stie testing results.
