摘要
本文设计了一台额定功率为22 k W-6P的异步起动永磁同步电动机。采用减小定子冲片槽口尺寸及不均匀气隙的方式,减小了电机的转矩波动,使气隙磁密波形正弦化,降低了气隙中磁密谐波的含量,电机的磁路更加合理。最后对电机的空载及负载特性进行了有限元分析,有限元分析及试验结果表明,该设计方案较合理,电机的各项性能指标满足设计要求。
This paper presented a rated power of 22 kW-6P the line-start PMSM. By reducing the stator punching notch size and non uniform air gap way, reduced the torque ripple, the air gap magnetic flux den- sity waveform more sinusoidal, and reduced content of flux density harmonics in the air gap, the magnetic circuit of the motor is more reasonable. Finally, the finite element analysis was done on the characteristics of the motor no-load and load. Finite element analysis and experimental results show that, the design is reason- able. The characteristics of motor to meet the design requirements.
