摘要
目的:分析肝移植患者在围手术期血清中白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达特点。方法:行肝移植手术的肝病终末期病人18例作为研究对象,用放射免疫法检测患者围手术期术前、切皮后、无肝期、新肝期、术毕及术后24 h时6个时间点血清中IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、IL-8、TNF-α的水平。结果:与术前比较,IL-2在新肝期水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与术前比较,IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α在切皮后、无肝期、新肝期、术毕及术后24 h时间点明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与术前比较,IL-8在切皮后、无肝期、新肝期、术毕及术后24 h时间点差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α是肝移植患者炎性反应早期的敏感指标。
Objective：To analyze characteristics of expression of serum IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10, and TNF-α of liver transplant patients in the perioperative period. Methods：Eighty cases of terminal stage liver disease patients undergoing liver transplant surgery were chosen as research subjects,and serum IL-2,IL-6,IL-10,IL-8,TNF-α levels were detected by radioimmunoassay（RIA）at 6 differ-ent time points,i. e. before surgery,after skin incision,no liver stage,new liver stage,after surgery, and 24 h after surgery. Results：The level of IL-2 at new liver stage increased significantly compared with before surgery（P﹤0. 05）. Compared with before surgery,serum levels of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αincreased significantly at other 5 time points（P﹤0. 05）. Compared with before surgery,serum lev-el of IL-8 showed no statistical differences at other 5 time points（ P﹥0 . 05 ）. Conclusion：IL-6 ,IL-10 and TNF-α may be sensitive indicators of early inflammatory reaction for liver transplant patients.
