摘要
建立了一种采用磷酸三丁酯(TBP)苯溶液萃取分离土壤中的杂质,以偶氮胂Ⅲ反萃铀,再用ICP-OES测定的方法。本方法还对影响测定的各种因素如萃取酸度,萃取放置时间、EDTA用量以及共存离子等进行了较详细的试验研究,确定了测定的最佳条件。本方法加标回收率在98.50%~102.2%,可以满足测试需要。
A method for determination of uranium in the soil by ICP - OES after extracted by tributyl phosphate (TBP) and benzene and reextraeted by arsenazo Ⅲ was reported. The optimal conditions for measurement were determined bu studied such as acidity extraction, storage time after extraction, the amount of EDTA and coexisting ions. The recovery of the method is 98.50% - 102.2%, meeting the testing needs.
