煤气化废水络合萃取脱酚实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 对煤炭转化过程中高浓含酚废水进行脱酚处理,是我国煤化工产业的废水处理达标关键手段之一。对煤气化高浓度含酚废水进行络合萃取脱酚研究,并对萃取级数、相比、温度、初始pH值等萃取条件进行单因素实验研究,以确定MK络合萃取剂的萃取脱酚工艺条件。实验研究表明,MK型络合萃取剂对废水中的挥发酚和难挥发酚均有较好的萃取效果,其中温度对萃取效果影响较小,即温度升高则酚萃取率略有降低;初始pH值、萃取级数、相比对酚萃取效果影响显著,即pH越低其萃取效果越好,当pH大于9时酚的萃取率明显下降;萃取级数和相比的提高可明显提升萃取效果,其中萃取级数和相比需根据废水中挥发酚、难挥发酚浓度以及设备投资与运行成本综合确定。针对实验用加压固定床气化含酚废水,确定络合萃取脱酚最佳工艺条件为5级萃取、相比为1∶4、温度30℃、初始pH为7。 It is one of the key processes in coal chemical industry water treatment field to dephenolize the wastewater containing high concentration of phenol during coal conversion.The extraction of phenol from coal gasification wastewater with high concentration by complex extraction was studied.In order to determine the extraction and dephenolization process conditions of MK complexing extractant,the extraction conditions such as extraction stage,phase ratio,temperature and initial pH value were studied.The results show that MK complexing extractant has good extraction effect on phenol and polyphenol in wastewater.Temperature has little effect on the extraction effect,the extraction rate of phenol decreases slightly with the increase of temperature.Initial pH value,extraction stage,and phase ratio have significant effect on phenol extraction,the lower the pH,the better the extraction effect,when the pH is more than 9,phenol extraction rate significantly decreases,the improvement of extraction stage and phase ratio can obviously improve extraction effect.According to the concentration of phenol and polyphenol in wastewater,as well as the equipment investment and operation cost,the phase ratio and extraction stage should be determined comprehensively.Through experimental study on extraction conditions,phenol removal process with MK complex extractant is determined.The optimum extraction conditions are:5-stage extraction,temperature 30℃,phase ratio 1∶4,and pH=7.
