摘要
目的:调查当前医院护士所面临的工作应激强度,探讨工作时间、工作年限以及工作岗位等因素是否影响其工作应激。方法:采用横断设计和方便抽样法,以南京9家医院的477名女护士为研究对象,应用中国护士应激源量表测查工作应激水平。利用斯皮尔曼相关、单因素方差分析以及Brown-Forsythe检验、Tamhane事后检验和多元线性回归进行数据分析。结果:工作年限、工作时间、文化程度和月收入与护士工作应激有显著正相关(r1=0.129,r2=0.149,r3=0.105,r4=0.112;均P<0.05)。不同科室护士应激程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);事后检验显示,重症监护室、急诊重症监护室、急诊室护士应激水平显著高于放疗科护士,急诊重症监护室护士应激水平显著高于医学心理科和其他科室护士。多元回归分析表明,人口学变量不能预测护士应激水平(P>0.05),科室能显著预测护士应激水平(P<0.05)。结论:工作年限、工作时间、文化程度、月收入和科室均能影响护士工作应激水平,其中科室是更重要的影响因素。重症监护室、急诊重症监护室和急诊室护士,尤其是长时间工作和加班的护士所感受的应激水平更为突出。
Objective： To investigate work stress levels of nurses and explore the association with working tenure,working hours and other demographic variables and working medical units. Methods： Using Cross-sectional design and convenient sampling,this study investigated work stress levels of 477 female nurses with Chinese Nurses Stressor Scale. Spearman rank correlation,one-way ANOVA with Brown-Forsythe test and Tamhane post hoc analysis and multiple linear regression were conducted. Results： Working tenure,working hour,education level and monthly income were significantly and positively associated with nurses＇ work stress（ r1= 0. 129,r2= 0. 149,r3= 0. 105,r4= 0. 112,P 0. 05）. There was a significant difference in work stress levels among various medical units（ P 0. 001）. Nurses worked in ICU,EICU and emergency room experienced a higher level of stress than those working in radiotherapy department. Nurses in EICU showed significantly higher stress levels than those in medical psychology department and other medical units. Conclusion： Nurses＇ work stress levels are influenced by both demographic variables（ working tenure,working hour,education level and monthly income） and working medical units,and the latter is more influential. Nurses in ICU,EICU,and emergency room,especially working long hours or overtime,have more work stress.
