摘要
为降低供应链流通成本、缩短运输路径、加快系统反应速度、促进生产和消费的协调配合,该文分别从企业、客户和区域规划角度进行综合分析,提出了基于层次分析法的煤炭物流节点选址方法。建立了以自然因素和社会因素为主要准则的煤炭节点选址层次模型,运用层次分析法对给定的三种选址方案进行分析,得出最优选址方案。煤炭物流节点选址实例应用表明,该方法具有较强的可操作性和广泛的适用性。
To decrease the circulation cost of supply chain,shorten transportation route,quicken system response speed and promote the cooperation of production and consumption,a coal logistics node location method based on analytic hierarchy process is proposed with comprehensive analysis from business,customer and regional plan perspectives. A coal node location hierarchical model is established with natural and social factors as main criterions. An optimum site-selection scheme is obtained by analyzing three given site-selection schemes using analytical hierarchy process. The coal logistics node location examples show that the method proposed here has strong operability and broad applicability.
