摘要
城市对货运车辆实施交通管制,使城市配送兼顾速度与成本更加艰难。主要研究在城市道路限行的情况下,利用双层规划模型,解决电子商务城市物流配送服务网点的选址问题。通过考虑不同配送车辆的可达范围、装载能力及运输成本,服务网点的服务能力及成本,客户需求量等因素,对服务网点数量、位置、规模进行优化,使得在满足客户服务水平的前提下,确定经营成本最低,交通便利的服务网点位置,提高物流配送效率,降低物流配送成本,增强企业的市场竞争力。
The implementation of freight vehicle traffic control in cities, make the balance of both speea and cost of city distribution become more difficult. A bi-level programming model is studied, to solve the e-commerce urban distribution network location problem under the condition of road restrictions. By considering the coverage, load capacity and transportation cost of different vehicles; the service capacity and cost of distribution network nodes; the demand of customers and other factors, the service node number, location and scale is optimized, to determine the lowest operating costs, convenient distribution network location on the premise of meet customer service level, to improve the efficiency of logistics, reduce logistics cost, and enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise.
