摘要
目的：探讨脑脊液鼻漏患者临床治疗过程中，不同临床治疗方法的应用效果，为脑脊液鼻漏患者临床有效治疗提供重要依据。方法：选取我院收治的脑脊液鼻漏患者30例，观察比较不同治疗方式下，患者的临床治疗情况和后期随访情况。结果：30例患者当中，行临床保守治疗的患者6例，行，临床手术治疗的患者24例，在24例临床手术治疗患者当中，进行一次手术有效的患者16例，进行：次手术治疗有效的患者8例，对30例患者进行后期随访调查发现，患者后期病情复发率为o，后期随访时间为7-14个月之间。结论：在脑脊液鼻漏患者临床治疗过程中，采用保守治疗和手术治疗相结合的治疗方法比较好，可以明显提升患者治疗有效率。

Conclusions ： in patients with cerebrospinal fluid leak during the process of clinical treatment, using conservative treatment and surgical treatment of the combination of treatments is better, can signifi- cantly improve patient treatment efficiency.
