摘要
地方高校转型问题的提出,是多重因素综合作用的必然考量。地方高校的转型发展,应以准确理解转型内涵为基础,以开放办学、特色发展为目标;要从学校管理者、教师、学校文化等不同维度探讨地方高校转型发展的实践路径。
It is inevitable to propose the transformation development of local colleges and universities after taking into account a variety of factors. The transformation development of local colleges and universities should be based on accurately understanding the connotation of transformation and taking the open education and characteristic development as the goals. The discussion on the approaches to practice the transformation development of local colleges and universities will begin with the following different dimensions: school administrators, teachers and school culture.
