摘要
目的进一步了解贵州省结核病/艾滋病双重感染流行情况。方法在县级结核病防治机构门诊对新登记的结核病患者进行HIV抗体初筛,对初筛阳性结果进行确认。在艾滋病防治机构对HIV/AIDS筛查结核病。结果 2010年-2013年4年间,共筛查结核病患者125 365例,检出HIV抗体阳性225例,结核病中HIV感染率为0.18%;在6 071例HIV/AIDS中,发现697例结核病患者,艾滋病中结核病患病率为11.48%;结核病中HIV感染率和艾滋病中结核病患病率之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。9个市州中,黔东南州发现的结核病/艾滋病双重感染患者最多,占全省发现病例数的17.03%。结论贵州省结核病人中HIV感染率维持在较低水平,但艾滋病中结核病患病率呈上升趋势,结核病对艾滋病的影响不容忽视。要切实降低HIV/AIDS的结核病负担,控制好2种疾病的流行和传播。
Objective To investigate the epidemic of co - infection of tuberculosis （TB） and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syn- drome（AIDS）. Methods New register tuberculosis cases were done HIV screening test at county level, the positive screening results were detected for confirmation. At the same time, tuberculosis screening was performed in patients with AIDS. Results 225 patients with HIV positive and 125 365 tuberculosis patients were detected from 2010 to 2013, as a result, the in- fection rate of HIV positive antigen was 0.18%, and 697 cases of tuberculosis were found in 6 071 cases of HIV/AIDS patients, with the tuberculosis prevalence rate of 11.18% in HIV/AIDS cases. There was statistical significance on the differences between the infection rate of HIV positive among tuberculosis cases and the tuberculosis prevalence rate in HIV/AIDS cases （P 〈 0.01 ）. TB/HIV co - infected patients were found the most in Qiandongnan prefecture, which accounted for 17.03% in the 9 cities and prefectures. Conclusion The infection rate of HIV positive among tuberculosis cases in Guizhou Province remained at a low level, but the tuberculosis prevalence rate in HIV/AIDS cases is on the rise, it is can not be ignored that TB affect AIDS. We need to reduce the probability of TB in HIV/AIDS patients, control the prevalence and spread of the two diseases.
