摘要
目的建立利用静态顶空气相色谱-质谱联用法同时检测,生活饮用水中11种常见痕量挥发性卤代烃和苯系物的方法。方法样品中所含的痕量挥发性卤代烃和苯系物经油浴加热后,通过静态顶空进样技术注入气相色谱分离,然后由质谱检测器测定,对升温程序、平衡温度、平衡时间、气液体积比等主要实验条件进行研究和优化。结果在所建立的最佳试验条件下,11种常见卤代烃和苯系物在9 min内可完成测定并具有较好的分离效果;各组分在浓度为0.5μg/L^400μg/L时可获得较好的线性方程,相关系数(r)为0.992 0~0.999 7,检出限为0.05μg/L^0.20μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.8%~5.9%,加标回收率为90.4%~104.8%。结论本实验所建立的方法操作简单,分析快速,重现性好,灵敏度高,适用于生活饮用水中常见痕量挥发性卤代烃和苯系物的检测分析。
Objective To set up a method for the determination of eleven trace volatile halogenated hydrocarbons and benzene series in drinking water by static headspace extraction and gas chromatography - mass spectrometry( C,C - MS). Methods Head- space gas chromatography - mass spectrometry with static headspace extraction was used, and such as the chromatography condi- tion, the equilibrium temperature, the equilibrium time, the ratio between the liquid and the gaseous phase were optimized. The trace volatile halogenated hydrocarbons and benzene series in the samples, after oil bath heating, were sent into the gas phase chromatography by static headspaee sampling technique and determined by mass spectrometry detector. The temperature pro- gram, equilibrium temperature, equilibrium time, gas - liquid volume ratio and other main experimental conditions were studied and optimized. Results Under the optimized conditions, the 11 volatile halogenated hydrocarbons and benzene series could be determined in 9 minutes with a good separation; the good linear equations in each group were obtained in the concentration of 0.5 μg/L - 400 μg/L with the correlation coefficients ( r ) of 0. 992 0 - 0. 999 7, the detection limits of 0.05 μg/L - 0.20 μg/L, the relative standard deviation of 3.8% - 5.9%, and the recovery rate of 90.4% - 104.8%. Conclusion The method established in this study is simple, rapid on detection, good on repeatability, and sensitive, which is suitable for detec- ting volatile halogenated hydrocarbons and benzene series in drinking water.
