摘要
分别采用顶空-气相色谱和气相色谱(FID)直接进样技术,建立了美缝剂中苯系物及苯甲醇的检测分析方法。对样品苯系物进行检测时,直接称取样品于顶空瓶中进行分析,目标化合物经Agilent HP-INNOWAX聚乙二醇毛细管色谱柱分离后,用FID检测器测定。对样品中苯甲醇的检测,用乙酸乙酯超声提取后净化分析,目标化合物经聚乙二醇毛细管柱分离后,用FID检测器测定。苯系物及苯甲醇在0.2 g/L~4 g/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r^(2)>0.999,当添加三种不同体积的标液时,7种目标化合物的平均回收率为87.3%~103.4%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)为1.2%~4.1%,检出限苯系物为0.002 g/L,苯甲醇为0.01 g/L。本方法具有良好的可靠性和灵敏度,适用于美缝剂中苯系物及苯甲醇的检测。
A method was developed for the determination of benzene homologues and benzyl alcohol in sealant by auto headspace-gas chromatography and gas chromatography respectively.To detect benzene series,the sample was added into a head-space bottle directly and the target compounds was separated with capillary column with PEG as stationary phase and detected with flame ionization detector(FID).To detect benzyl alcohol in sealant,analyze was carried out after ultrasonic extraction with ethyl acetate and purification,the target compounds was separated with capillary column with PEG as stationary phase and detected with flame ionization detector(FID).Benzene homologues and benzyl alcohol had good linearity in the range of 0.2 g/L~4g/L with correlation coefficients r^(2)>0.999.The recoveries of 7 target compounds were from 87.3%to 103.4%,with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 1.2%~4.1%,The detection limits of benzene homologues and benzyl alcohol were 0.002 g/L and 0.01 g/L respectively.This methods has high reliability and sensitivity,which are suitable for the determination of benzene homologues and benzyl alcohol in sealant.
