静电纺尼龙6纤维膜的制备及其对双酚A的吸附性能研究

摘要 目的本研究采用静电纺丝法制备尼龙6纳米纤维膜,考察尼龙6纤维膜对水溶液中双酚A的吸附性能。方法观察不同施加电压条件下纳米纤维的形貌,考察吸附时间、初始浓度和不同介质pH值对双酚A吸附的影响。结果静电纺丝的最佳工作电压为20kV。pH值为6.5~8.5时,尼龙6纳米纤维膜对双酚A的富集效率可达90%以上;pH值为7.5时,富集效率达96.2%。尼龙6纳米纤维膜对双酚A的吸附符合Logistic模型,吸附4h后基本达到平衡,饱和吸附质量为53.88mg/g。尼龙6纳米纤维膜可重复使用,经9次再生,富集效率为94.7%~96.0%。结论尼龙6纳米纤维膜对双酚A有很好的吸附性能,可用于水样中痕量双酚A的富集。 Objective This study is to prepare nanofibrous membranes of nylon 6 by electrospinning, and to investigate its adsorption properties of bispbenol A. Methods The morphology of nanofibers in different applied voltage conditions was observed. The influences of adsorption time, initial concentration and pH value of different medium to bisphenol A were investigated. Results The best applied voltage for electrospinning was 20 kV. The enrichment efficiency of nylon 6 nanofiber membranes for bisphenol A can reach more than 90% when pH value was among 6.5 - 8.5 ; and the maximum enrichment rate was up to 96.2% with pH value of 7.5. The adsorption of nylon 6 nanofibrous membranes for bisphenol A obeyed the Logistic mod- el, and the adsorption reaches its balance after 4 h. The saturated adsorption mass was 53.88 mg/g. Nylon 6 nanofiber membranes can be used repeatedly, and the enrichment efficiency was 94.7% - 96.0% after 9 regeneration cycles. Conclusion Nylon 6 nanofibrous membranes has great adsorption to bispbenol A, which can be used in the enrichment of trace hisphenol A in water samples.
