摘要
合成了一种含有端烯基的液晶4′-(ω-十一烯基氧)-4-联苯酚,通过偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)引发的自由基聚合反应将其用于修饰含有烯基的有机-无机杂化硅整体柱.将该整体柱应用于毛细管电色谱,成功分离了萘酚、多环芳烃、酞酸酯和甾体激素,与未修饰柱的分离效果进行比较发现,疏水作用、π-π作用和氢键作用是导致分离的主要原因.以甾体激素为分离对象考察了柱内和柱间重现性,结果表明,5次连续进样的柱内迁移时间的RSD〈3.27%,所制备的3根柱子柱间迁移时间的RSD范围为7.39%-9.05%.
A terminal-vinyl liquid crystal 4′-(ω-undecenyloxyl)-4-xenol was synthesized and used to modify terminal-vinyl organic-inorganic hybrid silica monolithic column by free radical polymerization procedure using 2,2′-azobis(2-methylpropionitrile)(AIBN) as an initiator.Naphthol,PAHs,phthalate ester and steroids were successfully separated on the column and the separation effects were compared with unmodified column.Mechanism was inferred to hydrophobic interaction,π-π interaction and hydrogen bonding.Reproducibilities of migration time for steroids was reasonable with RSD less than 3.27% for five consecutive within-column runs and RSDs were 7.39%— 9.05% for column-to-column measurements of three columns,respectively.
